Community Housing Assistance Program (CHAP)

Our Community Housing Assistance Program (CHAP) is open to both young women and young men who are in the care of the State Department of Children & Families (DCF).These youth must be 18 or older and successfully completed a Life Skills Program. Our full-time case managers assist the youth to find and lease their own apartment, secure and maintain employment, and enroll in and continue in a full-time educational or vocational program. CHAP case managers provide youth with the final support and assistance they need to go out on their own to live independently.

Other DCF Credentialed Services 

A variety of services to children and families ages 0-18, that serve children and guardians.  Include therapeutic mentoring, respite/temporary care, supervised visitation to monitor guardian time with a removed child(s) and diagnostic/functional assessments.  


Also a credentialed service, using 5 licensed livery vehicles, we provide school and other appointment transportation for DCF.


Recovery support for adults with chronic mental health issues with the goal to assist our clients to maintain a level of self-sufficiency to live successfully in their community.
